Welcome Baby Parker

So Alicia had her baby on Tuesday and I got to go see them yesterday. Baby Parker David Stone is so adorable and tiny! He only weighed 5lbs and was so itsy bitsy compared to Jackson. She had him 3 weeks early and was induced because she had toxemia. They had a few scary things but mom and baby are both doing great. He has such a perfect little face, I think he looks like an elf or something. I'm sure he'll change a lot but I think he looks like Leeshy.

I am so happy that Jackson will have so many boy cousins just his age! I grew up with a ton of girl cousins and it was a blast - I am so grateful for them. Alicia and I have always been especially close so HORRAY for our new generation! Parker and Jjoe are only about 2 and a half months apart and will be in the same grade. I am so grateful that we are moms together. What a blessing to welcome these new little people!

Joining the Club!

Well we finally decided to join the club! I love being able to get updates on all you crazies! I am so excited to start blogging - the main reason being to be able to show off my new little baby boy Jackson (who of course I am completely obsessed with). This summer our lives have become consumed with Jjoe bean. He has his mama wrapped around his little finger. I just can’t resist his big bright eyes.

Adjusting to professional motherhood has taken most of my time this summer. Luckily Jjoe is sleeping about 7 hours a night now. He has also really started smiling, giggling and making noises a lot – which I am thrilled about. There is nothing more exciting than every new little thing he does.
